Responsibilities: 1. Architect and develop scalable, efficient, and robust full-stack applications using modern technologies. 2. Lead the development process by designing, coding, testing, and deploying features and fixes for both front-end and back-end systems. 3. Collaborate with the founding team to define technical roadmaps and ensure alignment between business goals and engineering efforts. 4. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices. 5. Implement and manage cloud infrastructure (AWS or equivalent), ensuring high availability and security. 6. Continuously optimize system performance, scalability, and reliability. 7. Debug and troubleshoot complex problems across all areas of the stack. 8. Establish workflows for CI/CD pipelines and ensure streamlined deployment processes. 9. Mentor and provide technical leadership for new hires and junior developers as the team grows. 10. Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends, proposing innovative solutions that keep Aria at the forefront of the industry. Requirements: - Proven experience in full-stack development, preferably in early-stage startups or innovative projects. - Expertise in programming languages such as JavaScript (with frameworks like React) and Python. - Proficiency with back-end frameworks like Node.js and database management using SQL. - Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS and containerization tools like Docker. - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to tackle complex challenges with minimal supervision. - Experience setting up and managing CI/CD pipelines. - Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas and collaborate effectively. - Entrepreneurial mindset with the capacity to adapt quickly to changing priorities and requirements. - Ability to lead technical initiatives and make decisions that impact the long-term success of the product.

Responsibilities
