Responsibilities: 1. Architect and develop scalable, efficient, and robust full-stack applications using modern technologies. 2. Lead the development process by designing, coding, testing, and deploying features and fixes for both front-end and back-end systems. 3. Collaborate with the founding team to define technical roadmaps and ensure alignment between business goals and engineering efforts. 4. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices. 5. Implement and manage cloud infrastructure (AWS or equivalent), ensuring high availability and security. 6. Continuously optimize system performance, scalability, and reliability. 7. Debug and troubleshoot complex problems across all areas of the stack. 8. Establish workflows for CI/CD pipelines and ensure streamlined deployment processes. 9. Mentor and provide technical leadership for new hires and junior developers as the team grows. 10. Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends, proposing innovative solutions that keep Aria at the forefront of the industry.
